Registration will open in February 2025 

Please note that all prices below also appear in Canadian dollars (CAD).

* This type of registration is for full-time undergraduate, master, or doctoral students. After registering, the student should send by email (igs2025-paper@conferium.com) an official letter from their advisor on headed paper confirming the full-time student status.

Note: The banquet dinner on June 4, 2025 is included for registered participants, but will be sold separately $110 CAD for companions.

  • Buffet lunch and coffee/tea breaks for duration of the meeting
  • Attendance to the Welcome Reception on June 2, 2025
  • Attendance to the Banquet Dinner on June 4, 2025

  • Meeting Program & Abstract Book in digital form
  • Certificate of Attendance

Payment of registration fees (in Canadian dollars) can be made as follows:

By Interac Transfer (from a Canadian bank)

Use the email address  interac@conferium.com to proceed with the transfer. Next, please make sure to send an email to this email address providing your name, the name of the conference, the amount paid and the recovery code (password).

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by Conferium according to the deadline dates. You will receive an e-mail confirmation following receipt of the payment. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Refund Policy

A refund of registration fees will be made to any registered participant who cancels on or before April 15, 2025, less a $75 CAD administration fee.

Cancellation requests received between April 16, 2025, and May 5, 2025, will be subject to a $75 CAD administrative fee and a surcharge of 25%.

No refund will be made if cancellation requests are received on May 6, 2025, or after. 

Substitutions will be accepted at any time. There will be no administration fee for a delegate name substitution, additional amounts may apply for a category change.
